Introduction to ASOS

"Our vision is to be the world’s number one fashion destination for fashion-loving 20-somethings." ASOS is an online retailer selling 750+ brands and own brand lines. Sister site ASOS Marketplace is also the home to the best independent and vintage brands from around the world.

Experience

  • Leading and taking ownership of campaign roll-outs, activation, and monitoring performance.

  • Working closely with the seller team to coordinate campaigns supporting our sellers, and surfacing the best vintage and independent product.

  • Owning CRM channel, from ideation to creation and reporting. Nurturing our CRM audience and customer base.

  • Overseeing Marketing Budget for the full year, and adjusting strategies to hit ROAS and cost-effective CPM across all paid channels.

  • Collaborating with ASOS Marketing teams on Marketplace coverage, becoming a representative for the team. This includes CRM inclusions, homepage coverage, programmatic ads and BAU coverage.

  • Supporting Marketplace Social Exec & social teams where required in delivering content and analytics.

Introduction to Harpenne

"Harpenne aims at serving the older female customers of the High-Street fashion market, as the brand believes it is a demographic that has “predominantly been ignored on the high street.”

River Island launched Harpenne in 2020 to expand its portfolio and reach its growing River Island customer. Consisting of 120+ ethically produced styles from £25, Harpenne was spearheading a new age of womenswear, "giving the forgotten customer a voice".
